ALON is an innovative ceramic material used by american army because it is harder and lighter than the bulletproff glass made by machine. The idea is to make jewels which could protect a vulnerable body part. I want to create a metaphoric protection, comparing the hardness of ALON to the solubility of the bullet made of sugar glass made by hand, that will dissolve when in contact with the customer.
